What types of events do you cater?

We cater a wide variety of special occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, corporate meetings, and small church or home gatherings. Whether it’s an intimate family celebration or a larger group event, we’re here to make your occasion delicious and memorable.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We provide quotes up to 6 months in advance to ensure you receive our most current pricing.

What is the minimum advance notice for a catering reservation?

We require at least 48-hour notice to ensure we meet your catering needs.

What is your service area?

We’re proud to serve locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our multiple locations allow us to provide convenient service across a wide range of areas.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking confirmation for all private events.

How do I pay?

We make payment easy with secure online payment links that are emailed directly to you by your catering manager.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept purchase orders for qualifying orders.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, we have a $400 minimum order requirement (before tax), which typically serves 20-25 guests.

What if I don't meet the minimum requirement?

For orders under 25 people and/or curbside pick-up, please call your nearest location directly.

Do you deliver or provide full-service catering?

We offer flexible service options: Delivery with setup, includes delivery and arrangement for buffet-style for self-service. Full-service, includes our team staying and serving your guests buffet-style.

Can your staff cut cake?

Our catering staff is focused on providing the Babe’s Chicken experience and is not trained in cake cutting, but we’re happy to provide serving utensils if needed.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we do accommodate dietary restrictions. However, we prefer that you discuss your specific needs with your catering manager directly to ensure the best outcome for you and your guests.

Can I request a custom menu for my event?

Absolutely! From box meals for the office meeting to the special wedding reception – we do it all. We understand the uniqueness of each event and dedicate ourselves to meticulous attention to detail within our proposals, menu planning, and staffing arrangements. You can work closely with our catering manager to ensure your southern goodness.

Do you offer appetizers?

Appetizers are not available for catering as our catering menus feature the same items offered at our restaurant locations.

Do you have mac and cheese?

Mac and cheese is not available for catering as our catering menus feature the same items offered at our restaurant locations.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations.
